TM was established in Turkey to achieve the goal of successfully planning and producing efficient project designs.
This technique, which we have dubbed "good practice," strongly emphasizes the application of universal design principles, which eliminates the chaos of individual users, designers, project planners and decision makers.
"Good practice" can be used to understand design matters at the national and international levels. It can be applied using parametric studies designed to produce feasible final outcomes.

TM was established to share Turkey's knowledge with the rest of the world. The world no longer operates using "simple" knowledge; today, information is presented to us at a chaotic pace. Therefore, it is important to create simple, yet flexible designs which will adapt to our changing world.
TM design workshops recognize the fact that in every field, design is not the first step but the final step. Our workshops strive to incorporate the design concepts available at the national and international levels.
|
| "Good practice" is also based on "environmental and social relationships." Thus, TM supports all phases of the design process, including the planning and preparation of projects, especially those that focus on energy conservation and "green design." |

TM maintains that design application should be "transparent"; in other words, its consequences and duration should always be subject to inquiry. This approach strongly emphasizes participation. |
