YPM is composed of two subgroups: a design and analysis group, and a project overview group.

Our design and analysis group provides services in the following fields: strategic planning and analysis, feasibility studies, preliminary drawings, interior architectural design, urban planning and landscape design, presentations, mock-ups, 3-D renderings, animation studies, and the development of conceptual projects.

Our project overview group prepares application projects for preliminary and conceptual design studies; draws revisions and as-built drawings, including system and section details; and finds solutions to on-site problems.

YPM has completed a number of diverse projects of varying scale including urban renovation projects, house and social projects, mass housing blocks, commercial centers, shopping and trade centers, school/university campuses, hospital and health centers, sport facilities, hotels, mosques and industrial buildings.

YPM coordinates the different disciplines (i.e., structural, mechanical, sub-structural, electrical, and civil) that comprise each project. Thus our time and manpower are used to produce accurate, reliable and applicable projects.

YPM achieves the aforementioned coordination using an interdisciplinary approach, as well as quality control methods. It is because of these techniques that our firm holds a privileged place in the architectural field.

YPM offers its clients fast and reliable services in a professional manner using a self-controlled project team, a quality control management system, a jury system, and a consultancy service.
