YPU provides a wide range of services in the fields of project design, management and construction. YPU is headquartered Ankara, and has a branch in Istanbul which houses its engineering services, design workshops, TM design center,
and publication base.

YPU is a combination of four different groups - a project group,
a construction group, a project management group, and an information group - which, together, form an organization that is known for its strong technical staff. YPU is ready to provide
on-time solutions to all problems that might arise during
project completion.

YPU has earned its name through its strong technical personnel in the fields of architectural, civil, structural, infrastructural, electrical, and mechanical engineering. YPU has thus become a leader in its field for all types of specialized structures.

The Department of Project and Construction Management is responsible for the preparation of contract documents; bidding documents and specifications; and for supervising all construction sites throughout a project's entire lifespan.

YPU also has a Quality Control Department which ensures consistency and coordination. This approach significantly reduces the number of potential problems that might arise during the course of a project.

YPU also provides additional support services such as land surveying, data collection, and the preparation of design, application, feasibility analysis, soil, and field reports.
