YPU Yapı Proje Uygulama ve Tic. A.Ş. was founded in Ankara as Headquarter by Mustafa TIMURLENK in 2003. Having signed under important successes, YPU was moved to Istanbul in 2007. And in 2012, Kuzguncuk Design Studio was set up. YPU still offers quality service to the investors in the field of construction, project and application areas both at its Ankara and Istanbul Offices.
Our vision is to make life easier for our customers, to make them feel safe, and to be the first choice come to mind with our designed projects, construction and process management service.
The aim of YPU is to put signature under larger-scaled projects each passing day with the projects it designs with the leading companies of the construction and investment sectors in Turkey and in the world. Completing successfully in a large of projects in different branches such as residential units, tourism, shopping malls, and the ones having technical specifications, YPU takes part in New Urban Design Areas, Urban Transformation Areas, Multi-Use Centres, Satellite City and Mass Housing Projects. It is our principle to strategically collaborate not only with the Turkish investors but also with the foreign investors.
